India Retreat
A week-long Ayurvedic immersion in the mountains of Munnar, India.
Every day will include two yoga classes, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy discussions, and journaling. Daily activities in the afternoon include a visit to a nearby Ayurveda treatment center where we will get a tour of the plants used in Ayurvedic medicine and get Ayurvedic massages; a traditional Kathakali performance. as well as a traditional Kalaripparattu performance. We will also go hiking, and hopefully, see elephants!
Rounding out our team, there will be two guest teachers collaborating on this trip, Aksharanand A S (Achu) and Nev Kundacina, each of them offering their own individualized instruction. A great opportunity to experience yoga in its many different guises!
Price includes shared accommodation in a hotel, two meals a day, and all activities. $2500. Early bird discount until July 31, $2000. $500 off for those that have taken a retreat with us before.
Airfare and travel to and from the location is not included.

A yoga adventure by the Urubamba River, considered by the Incas to be an earthly reflection of the Milky Way.
We will spend 7 nights, surrounded by the Peruvian Andes, and blanketed under the stars. Urubamba, is the largest town in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. It is also located near a number of significant ruins of the Inca Empire. It's an idyllic perch to acclimate to the high elevation before summiting Machu Picchu, and an absolute natural wonder to behold itself.
Our days will include two asana classes, breath work, philosophy discussions, journaling, locally sourced meals, and a rich array of excursions. It is truly a trip of a lifetime.

We welcome you to our forth annual wellness weekend celebration of the summer solstice in the historic Breecher House.
We will spend 4 nights re-wilding on the banks of the highest lake in the Catskills, home of the Dai Bosatsu Zendo Kongo-ji, a Rinzai Zen Buddhist monastery. Our restorative retreat will be filled with massage, yoga, nourishing meals, acu detox therapy, ceremonial herbs and good company.
